Warburg models was a two-semester research course based around producing 6 models of buildings associated with Aby Warburg and his library. The models were first displayed at the exhibition Warburg-modeller på Blaker at Guttormsgaards Arkiv in May-June 2021.
Today, the library is part of the Warburg Institute in Bloomsbury, London. An opening presentation, ‘Modelling the Warburg Institute’ was presented digitally there as part of the Director’s Seminar. It can be viewed here.
The Woburn Institute model and drawings were made by Amalie Elvegård, Silje Seim, Cathrine Sundem, and Karina Tang.
